Chai Curcuma Popsicles

Here is a Must for the summer to do with our black tea Chai
  Turmeric. A frozen delight for the hot day !!! ☀️

 Recipe


 - 1 cup of vanilla almond milk

 - 2 cup of natural Greek yogurt

 - 4 teaspoons Chaï Curcuma tea

 - 1/2 cup maple syrup

 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

 Preparation

 1- In a saucepan heat the milk and let infuse the 4 tablespoons Chaï Curcuma tea about 10 minutes

 2- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and the tea-infused milk.

 3- Mix the ingredients well until the mixture is homogeneous

 4- Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold.

 5- Put in the freezer about 5 hours

 This is just as effective for hot and sunny days.
