- 1 cup silky tofu
- 100 mL of green tea from the dragon
- 25 mL soy sauce
- 3 c. to s. maple syrup
- 1 C. at t. rice vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Sriracha sauce to your taste
Steps to follow:
1- Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Mix until everything is homogeneous.
2- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before use.
* Consume within two to three days.
