Dragon-flavored vinaigrette

Ingrédients: 

  • 1 cup silky tofu
  • 100 mL of green tea from the dragon
  • 25 mL soy sauce
  • 3 c. to s. maple syrup
  • 1 C. at t. rice vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Sriracha sauce to your taste 


Steps to follow:


1- Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Mix until everything is homogeneous.

2- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before use.

* Consume within two to three days.
