Smoothie recipe - We are going strong year round
Ingredients:
2 cups of melon-honey
1 cup spinach
1 banana
The juice of half a lime
¼ cup Sencha Bu tea infusion by Espace Thé
Preparation:
1. Infuse ¼ cup of hot water with 1 tsp. Sencha Bu tea by Espace Thé for 4 minutes.
2. Let the brewed tea cool.
3. In a blender, add all the ingredients.
4. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
Tips:
To enhance your smoothie, you can add yogurt or vegetable milk. And for a refreshing effect add ice
