October is the month of pumpkins !!!! You are running out of ideas for using these fruits which are so good. We have concocted a wonderful recipe perfect for
autumn which can also serve as lunch ???? Here it is ????

We suggest that you prepare your own pumpkin puree. You can freeze the rest that will not be useful to you right away and use it again later.


Slice the pumpkin into slices about 1.5 inches wide, lengthwise.
Place them in a baking dish at 350 degrees. Cover everything with foil and leave the pumpkin slices for about 1 hour. Just until the flesh is really soft. Don't forget to remove all the seeds!


Infuse 1 \ 2 cup of almond milk with 2 tablespoons of our Chai Turmeric tea for 3 minutes and strain this mixture.
Add once cool, 1 \ 2 cup pumpkin puree
1 \ 2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 \ 4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

And here it is, and you can even use it for lunch! ????
