Whether it brings back childhood memories or it’s still your favourite dessert: rice pudding with sugar and spice puts a smile to anyone’s face. We sought inspiration from the taste of our semi-fermented Ti Kuan Yin, with its unique, slightly creamy nuance and underlined it further with a delicate dessert note. We let this tea speak for itself, according to the motto “less is more” and leave it with a pinch of cinnamon. You’ll be sure to want a second helping!
