Perfect preparation for green tea.

1- The perfect quantity: 1 teaspoon per 250 milliliters of water.

2- The temperature of the water: 90 degrees. Water should not boil to destroy the nutrients and antioxidants of green tea.

3- Time and infusion : Between 2 and 3 minutes. The brewing time should not be exeeded without wich too many tannins will be released and this will leave a bitter taste in your tea.

4- The quality of the water. The more pure the water is, the more tasteless your tea will be. We always suggest filtered water. 

5- The quality of your green tea. The better your green tea is, without pesticides and artificial flavors, the more you'll enjoy all the benefits of green tea.
